Pasta and Power Rolls are not on the regular menu but are available on special request. WhatsApp us in advance and we'll let you know if we can accommodate it.
Yes! Orders from outside Merlion Galaxia are fully supported via Shisca. Simply visit our Shisca store, browse the menu, and place your order online — no WhatsApp needed. Shisca handles confirmation and payment, and we'll deliver to your address.
We accept UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm) and cash at pickup. UPI is preferred. Payment details will be shared over WhatsApp when you confirm your order.
We accommodate bulk orders — office lunches, kitty parties, events, or any large group — both within and outside Merlion Galaxia. WhatsApp us at least 24 hours in advance with the number of bowls, items, and delivery date/time. We'll confirm and provide a quote. Special pricing available for large orders!
Since all food is freshly prepared to order, cancellations are accepted only on the same day before preparation begins. Once preparation begins, cancellations cannot be processed. If your order has a quality issue or was incorrectly prepared, WhatsApp us immediately — we will replace it or issue a full refund. For grievances, contact us at +91 96768 58377 (WhatsApp).
